Project Overview

Pregnatab, a maternal nutrition supplement developed by Med-Heights, was introduced to address the growing concern around maternal health and infant nutrition in Nigeria.

Across Africa, maternal mortality and poor prenatal nutrition remain major public health challenges. With millions of women becoming pregnant every year in Nigeria, increasing awareness and accessibility of prenatal supplements is critical to improving maternal and infant outcomes.

Widearc was engaged to design and execute a digital campaign aimed at increasing awareness of Pregnatab among pregnant women and individuals who influence their health decisions.

The campaign focused on reaching a broad yet relevant audience, driving education about prenatal nutrition, and encouraging product trial.

The Challenge

The campaign needed to address several key challenges:

• Limited awareness of prenatal nutritional supplements among many expectant mothers
• The need to educate audiences about maternal health benefits while promoting a product
• Reaching both pregnant women and key decision influencers such as partners and family members
• Driving product adoption within a highly competitive healthcare and pharmaceutical market

Our Approach

Campaigns were designed to reach pregnant women as well as individuals who influence maternal health decisions, including partners and family members.

 

Messaging focused on highlighting the importance of proper prenatal nutrition and the role supplements play in supporting healthy pregnancies.

 

Digital campaigns were deployed across social media platforms and YouTube to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.

The campaign was executed through a structured digital marketing rollout.

Key activities included:
